WHAT IS STEPS

Human teaching that builds lasting understanding.

Steps turns the world’s best human teaching into an adaptive learning loop. Every learning journey is grounded in real teaching from educators, founders, practitioners, researchers, and creators. Steps adapts around what you understand, revisits what matters, and helps knowledge build over time.

There is more valuable knowledge online than anyone could ever consume. The challenge is knowing what to learn, what matters, and how to turn what you watch into something you can actually use.

Steps helps bridge that gap. We find high-quality human teaching and organize it into structured pathways built around a clear learning goal. AI helps select, sequence, question, and reinforce what you learn—rather than replacing the people worth learning from.

Instead of simply watching content, you engage with it. Steps asks questions, helps you connect ideas to practical situations, brings important concepts back over time, and guides you toward what to learn next.

Whether you're exploring entrepreneurship, preparing for a new career, learning to invest, or developing a new skill, Steps gives you a path to follow without deciding the destination for you.

I built Steps because I wanted a better way to learn for myself.

I was spending a lot of time listening to founders, studying businesses, exploring new ideas, and trying to understand what direction I wanted to take next. The content was valuable, but consuming more of it wasn't enough. I wanted a system that would help me connect ideas, test whether I really understood them, apply them to real situations, and remember what mattered later.

That experiment became Steps.

What I found most valuable was that learning didn't just give me more knowledge. It helped me recognize what I cared about, discover new possibilities, and make better decisions about what to explore next.

I'm building Steps for people who are curious, ambitious, or simply figuring out what comes next—and want their time spent learning to lead somewhere.
